How to join

Click on the [Sign Up] link and complete the form in order to create your account. Once your account is created, you can immediately benefit from our membership privileges such as discounts and reward credits. Also, it saves you all the hassle of filling out your billing and shipping information every time you place an order since you can save your information securely on our site.

How to order

Order is processed as below:
Step 1: Search for products.
Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart.
Step 3: Log in with a member ID or non-member order.
Step 4: Fill in the order form.
Step 5: Proceed with payment.
Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number.

Payment

We accept the following forms of payment:

Shipping

  • Shipping Method : Parcel Service
  • Shipping Area : A Region.
  • Shipping Rate : Fixed Shipping Rate : Regardless of your order amount, $30will be charged for shipping.
  • Delivery Time : 7 - 14 days
    • Shipping Method : Korean Post Office
    • Shipping Area : Worldwide shipping
    • Delivery Time : 3~7 business days.
    • For remote regions, additional shipping charges may apply.
    • We will ship out your order upon confirmation of payment. There may be delays depending on the products.


    Tracking delivery

    It's easy to track your order by logging in to your account. Alternatively, log on to ems.epost.go.kr/ and enter the tracking number that was sent to you via email. Or, you can contact email the team on ubridgeoffice@gmail.com

Returns & Exchanges

Under these conditions, you may return the goods for a refund or exchange:

- Less than 7 days have passed upon receiving of your order.

- The tags have not been detached.

- The product hasn’t been worn outside.


Under these conditions, you may NOT return the goods for a refund or exchange:

- For accessories, underwear, and cosmetics, upon opening the packaging, you may not return the goods.

- When you have distorted the product, whether it was intentional or not.

- When the value of the product has dropped from usage of the product.

- When the value of the product has dropped due to the passed time.

- For purchasing products in order to copy it.

Refunds

After we receive the returned goods, we will cancel your credit card. (For credit cards, you may be billed on the month of purchase, but will be deducted from the next month’s bill. For detailed information, please contact your credit card company.)
