Hi i got my delivery today but the box only had 3 items in it 1 item was missing.... I don't know if i will get it delivered separately ??

This is the first time I ordered from you guys I really liked your store but this is not the kind of service i was expecting...winters are coming here this was the main product i wanted to buy because of winters I don't have anything to wear in cold weather and i got everything but this... please let me know will i be getting it separately or I'm not getting it at all.. ?
